The Partnership would like to offer access to the services of a
water conservation specialist on a fee-for-service basis. This service
would focus on smaller utilities that cannot afford to retain and
manage a full-time conservation specialist. In addition, in this
grouping are specific services that utilities or businesses may
want to purchase on an ala carte basis. Ranges of service in this
grouping may include:
• Full Service – any or all conservation
specialist services required by a utility based on a total hour
commitment (i.e. 200 hours, 0.2 FTE, etc.)
• Water Use Audit Service – audit
service to utilities that wish to evaluate water use by customers
to identify opportunities for water savings
• Water Conservation Public Information Programs
- provide materials and labor necessary to support water conservation
education/public information programs
• Water Conservation Materials - provide
bulk materials to water utilities to leverage bulk buying and local
stocking of materials
• Water Loss Analysis - evaluate water system
data and identify water losses, as well as authorized and unauthorized
water uses as necessary to meet the water distribution system leakage
standards
• Water Conservation Plan Development –
full service development of conservation planning element of water
system plans and small water system management plans |
